Traditional law firms and their pyramid structures focus on high billing rates and multi-million and billion-dollar clients to pay their hefty bills. As a result, the not-so-deep pockets are often left without access to legal representation that works. Even getting a simple call-back from a law firm can be a challenge.
IP Advanced® seeks to service the underserved. We want to meet you and learn about your intellectual property needs. We never charge for initial (or follow-up) consultations, and once retained never charge our clients for calling or emailing us. You will never get a bill because you want to talk – no matter the reason.
AFFORDABLE
We focus on adding value instead of billable line-items. Each client has unique business needs that may warrant flexible and creative billing options. For some matters, a traditional hourly billing model works best, and our standard firm rate is on par with what large firms typically charge for their junior associates. For other matters, custom-tailored fee structures, including contingency, flat fee, and hybrid arrangements, are preferred and deliver the best possible value.

We have the technical education and experience to be as comfortable talking to engineers and scientists as we are with judges and juries. We were attorneys for some of the largest international law firms representing clients across various industries, ranging from high-tech software and mobile/web applications to mechanical devices and medical instruments.
